Binzhou Zeli Precision Metal Technology Co., ltd was founded in 2016.There are 200 staffs in our company.The capability of production is over 1200 tons annually. We are specialized in producing Investment Casting part with silica sol shell mould in the field of stainless steel,carbon steel, alloy steel,tool steel,corrosion resistant steel, heat resistant steel, special high alloy steel and part of copper& aluminum materials. Such as Machinery Part, CNC machining Part, Oil Pipe fitting, Auto Fittings, Food Machinery part, OEM Part, etc.
Our products are widely used in the field of construction, medical equipment, ship-building,food machine,mining,safe protect, petrochemical, etc.
We are able to supply technical support(products drawing, design of process device, mould design development etc.) upon customer’s request.Chemical composition analysis before pouring,mechanical performance test, non-destructive testing, metallographic inspection and 3D dimensional inspection are avaliable according customer’s request. Binzhou ZeLi has achieved TS 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certificate already.
