Zeli owns about 300 different items of casting and machining equipment.Most of the criticalhigh- tech equipment are imported from Janpan and Taiwan so that the quality reliabilitycan be greatly guaranteed.
(1).Adopted advanced automatic wax processing system and non-vat wax injector and automatic electric steam de-waxing stove so that both wax processing and wax pattern pressingcan be semi- automatic.
(2).Adopted automatic suspension conveyer chain on shell drying system.
(3).Adopted advanced heat treatment equipment to do precision high-frequency heat treatment.
(4).The machining capacity of Zeli is greatly improved by four-axis CNC,mill turning CNC andimported CNC lathe.Our annual production capacity is up to 1200 tons.
