Pressure transmitter is a kind of equipment that converts pressure into pneumatic signal or electric signal for control and remote transmission.
Pressure transmitter is a kind of equipment that converts pressure into pneumatic signal or electric signal for control and remote transmission. As the main mechanical support and internal and external isolation structure, pressure transmitter housing plays a key role in the stable operation of the whole equipment.
The pressure transmitter can convert the physical pressure parameters such as gas and liquid sensed by the load cell sensor into standard electrical signals (such as 4 ~ 20mADC, etc.) to supply secondary instruments such as indication alarm instrument, recorder and regulator for measurement, indication and process adjustment.
The pressure transmitter can be divided into two types according to its enclosure, one is fully sealed pressure transmitter housing, the other is semi sealed pressure transmitter housing.
Pressure transmitter housing can be divided into metal shell and non-metal shell according to different materials, and the specific model should be selected according to the specific situation of the site.
In daily monitoring, the pressure transmitter housing is also an important part of daily maintenance. Once the shell cracks or changes, the pressure transmitter shell needs to be replaced immediately to ensure the normal operation and work of the equipment and avoid unnecessary trouble.
As the outermost layer of pressure transmitter, pressure transmitter housing is developing towards miniaturization and standardization. In the future, it can be predicted that pressure transmitter housing will be more standardized and miniaturized under national standards to meet various working conditions in the production process.
